Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CartSteward, a product of AI ENGAGED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to them.

Early access

CartSteward is in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops, and we'll do our best to give you notice of anything significant.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Don't use CartSteward to abuse, overload, or attempt to extract data from our systems outside normal use of the service — including attempting to harvest API tokens, bypass rate limits, or access another merchant's store data. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other merchants at risk.

Your store data

You own your product catalogue, orders, and knowledge base content. We only use it to provide the CartSteward service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your store or request deletion of your data at any time.

Pricing and billing

Current published pricing is $49, $99, or $249 per month depending on plan, as shown on our pricing page. Billing is not yet active during early access. When billing starts, we'll give existing merchants advance notice before any charge.

Service availability

We aim to keep CartSteward reliable, but as an early-access product we don't currently guarantee uptime or offer a service-level agreement. We're not liable for lost sales, lost data, or other damages arising from downtime or errors, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using CartSteward and disconnect your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
